- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Provide new hires with information regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Previous experience in an HR role,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
